Nomination Committee

The Nomination Committee is a special committee of Council. It identifies and nominates individuals to serve as members of all Council committees.

On three occasions during 2013, the Nomination Committee reviewed committee membership positions as vacancies occurred and made recommendations to the Executive Committee.

In 2013, the Nomination Committee also investigated the rationale and process for creating a Governance Committee of Council to focus on risk management and overall corporate governance.
